Be careful. The host extorts money from guests and refuse to provide fair refunds. Such unfair and dishonest hosts shoul Positive: What I liked most was the unforgettable experience of being asked to pay double, visiting the police station, and spending hours on calls with Booking.com. Thanks to the host and agent, I also got to enjoy a week in my mentee’s tiny room instead of the property I actually booked. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime stay. Negative: After making the booking, I received a group WhatsApp call from the agents, who told me I had to pay double the original price or I wouldn’t be allowed to check in as the host is not allowing. They claimed there was a system error on Booking.com. I told them this was unacceptable, refused to pay the higher price, and requested a refund. And they call me in the evening after settled down at my friend’s small place saying that I can come. I couldn't trust them and didn't feel right to be there after those group calls asking for more money. So they said they are going to refund the amount. However, nothing happened for several days and they refused and later marked my reservation as a “no-show,” which meant the host kept around 90% of the payment—a significant amount, especially in London. My business trip was completely ruined as I spent the day going to the police station, repeatedly calling Booking.com, visiting the property, and speaking with the building staff, who were also unhappy about the situation. I learned from the front desk manager that this host is not having a right procedure. He got the all the information about this host.

Cozy apartment and very attentive and helpful host! Positive: The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly attentive, he called me within 10 minutes after booking to explain the check-in process, then send detailed instructions, and created a WhatsApp chat for any questions I may have during my stay. He was always online, ready to help at any time, like being ready to send new pots within 30 minutes late evening, if I needed them! I was genuinely touched by the level of hospitality and care. The location is very convenient - the metro is just a few minutes walk away. The Tower of London (my personal favorite!) is only about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of cafés, grocery shops, and pubs nearby. Highly recommend!

Very good apartment Positive: The location was great, near Tower of London. Many different restaurants and supermarkets from a short walk. Negative: The only issue for me was the bedroom curtain, as it didn’t block the light from outside.

10/10 service, better than expected Positive: Service is excellent, internet speed is very fast and very quite residential building with nice view of the city. There’s a balcony overlooking the city also, and the apartment has a comfortable furniture and modern. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions nearby on foot as it’s very close to the tower bridge etc All in all, a pleasant stay that didn’t dissapoint
