Very disappointing… Positive: Location Negative: 1. Only two beds while we booked for three 2. Only cold water. Cold showers! 3. Toilet was very dirty 4. Only towels for two persons 5. Lots of inventories were missing 6. The staff promised all to be fixed, but it was never done.

10/10 service, better than expected Positive: Service is excellent, internet speed is very fast and very quite residential building with nice view of the city. There’s a balcony overlooking the city also, and the apartment has a comfortable furniture and modern. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions nearby on foot as it’s very close to the tower bridge etc All in all, a pleasant stay that didn’t dissapoint

Top views and well positioned Positive: Location is terrific for business and leisure, singles and couples. Good ventilation and high up with nice views. Top top

Cosy modern and safe Positive: this is a really nice cosy pied-à-terre in the Center of london. - very safe and secure as others have mentioned - very modern - fast internet - central AC - heated flooring - balcony view is perfect Negative: Couldn’t think of anything worth mentioning!

Impeccably clean and lovely apartment Positive: Fab area, lovely apartment! Couldn’t ask for more, it came stocked with everything I needed and it was cleaned impeccably well. 1 thing to add is perhaps to have different flavour jams and toast! I thoroughly recommend this to couple and small families or just solo travellers like me
