Absolutely awful experience – avoid this property. Negative: Appalling Experience – Avoid This Property My recent stay at this property was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. The photographs and description online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the apartment. Upon arrival, the property was unclean, poorly maintained, and not fit for occupation. The issues were numerous and serious — far beyond what could be considered acceptable for paid accommodation. Despite repeated attempts to contact the host and resolve matters directly, the service we received was dismissive and unprofessional, leaving us with no choice but to leave the property early. I have submitted extensive photographic evidence and full correspondence to Booking.com, who have acknowledged the situation and issued a goodwill refund. However, the property itself refused to take any accountability nor offer a refund, despite clear proof of the unacceptable conditions and the fact that we were unable to stay there. This property’s conduct — both in the condition of the accommodation and in its handling of complaints — is unacceptable. I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this listing and verify recent reviews carefully before booking. I have been a loyal Booking.com customer for many years and have never before encountered a situation this severe. My hope in posting this review is to ensure that no one else experiences the same level of disappointment, inconvenience, and disregard that we did.

Ne r Positive: Ce n’est pas du tout le même logement que sur les photos Negative: J’ai payé mon appartement super cher pour me retrouver dans un logement qui n’est pas du tout similaire à ce que moi j’ai réservé et à ce que j’ai payé 4000 pounds, je me suis retrouvé dans un appartement au rez-de-chaussée dans une cité qui était vraiment nulle à fuir et le mr disait qu’il allait me trouver une solution mais c’était juste pour faire passer le temps, il arrêté de me répondre

Well located big room and amazing bathroom with nice views of the park Positive: The room was great (except for the horrible wall hangings and furniture was super cheap) but could have done with a little cooker. I booked a whole week during quiet season so it was good value for money. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view though obscured by buildings you could see onto the park. My preference is always to have amazing views. That’s just my personal choice. I guess it’s not others. Negative: The whole hotel needs an upgrade particularly the reception area. This wasn’t very stylish for a 4 star London hotel.
