Wonderful experience and apartment Positive: Highly desirable place to live. This area has so much going on for all ages, a shopping mall, a river boat, games and activities, for all the family. The hosts are wonderful and helpful - and the apartment has a great view high up. It’s clean and looks just as the photos show. 10/10

Proceed with caution Positive: Location was perfect for us Negative: This was the worst booking I have ever made, false information and threatening behaviour. Prior to booking I asked how to access the rooftop pool advertised both on their listing in images and writing on their check in email. It even references the pool as the main feature in the email. The pool is in fact at the local hotel - I was told to go and use it and that you could just get away with doing that (it’s public!). Both booking.com and the accommodation providers appear to be fine falsely advertising properties. I requested that they cancel my booking as a pool was key to me during my stay. The hosts are managed by multiple people, I was often ignored or would find them out for a night out in noisy bars whilst they said they could do nothing to help me and that this wasn’t the first time this had happened - ‘you won’t be able to get your money back - we will refund half’. My check in was delayed by 5 hours - they did not work to the timings they had given under the booking I made with booking.com. So instead of 2pm it became 7pm - they tried to charge me for an earlier check in when it was already included. It made the whole stay much more stressful. You have to go to a shop to get keys, that is off the Battersea development, this was the same for checking out. Given we had spent hours trying to cancel our booking, prior to the stay, due to the above false information the relationship had turned very sour. The team would not let me have the keys - I was staying for work with my colleague / partner for the first part of the stay so this was beyond stressful and unnecessary. Their security team called me to make sure we didn't cause any trouble - they said we would be removed. The room does not face the city - as per the description- it’s the back of the building. The bed was horrendous - pillows a joke. This was back pack accommodation at hotel prices. The remaining parts of the room are perfect and the concierge team were very kind during my stay.

Perfect mix of nature (River and park nearby) despite being central Positive: had an amazing time here. It’s actually a lot nicer in person than the photos. The area is so modern , clean and safe, and the views from the covered balcony are lovely. There’s a playground and shopping centre and lots of restaurants and cafes. the river and park are also within a minute walking distance so you are still close to nature despite being so central

Top top apartment in awesome area Positive: This area is fantastic. The vibe and atmosphere, the people, the scenery. The view from the balcony overlooks chelsea, and the condition of everything is top top. 10/10
