Positive: There is nothing worth praising Negative: Before I checked in, this property had only fake 10-star reviews. Now I see that others have had the same experience as me, which indicates that the reviews were manipulated beforehand. The actual location has nothing to do with the location shown on the booking and is 2.5 kilometres away. In addition, the hygiene conditions are very concerning. My children refused to shower or change their clothes because the entire house was covered in dust and the towels were damp in the dryer. The bedding was yellowed and smelled musty. This property is definitely overpriced. For the same price, I recommend choosing a five-star hotel instead. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

Worst traveling experience I’ve ever had. Stay away Positive: Absolutely nothing worst experience Negative: -the address is nowhere near what they put on booking.com. If you’re looking for across the street from Hyde park this isn’t it. It’s in earls court. -in instructions it says do not mention or talk to anyone about your booking or rental. So red flag as most likely not allowed to have short term rentals. -I got access to my place I booked a day before. It’s a totally different location so I sent that to booking. when they found out I did that they then denied me access as it’s on a google doc. So I didn’t have access to it and kept asking and they wouldn’t budge. This was until about 19:00/20:00 on the day of check in and was a totally different place. I finally gave in as I was just done after hours upon hours of phone calls to go to this new “upgrade”(which it’s terrible). Had to pick up keys like a mile away at a sketchy convenience store and obviously you’re in the city so that’s not an easy task. - they will only respond to WhatsApp messages so there’s no evidence what they are doing. Every call is 4 people on the phone. -I never actually saw this place as I was moved to “an upgrade” as I was told and had to stay one less night than I booked. They first said it would be 500 pounds more a night. I kept refusing. They kept trying to negotiate. I kept refusing and said I just want what I booked. They sprung up a 1600 pound pet fee. I confirmed with booking it had it but they didn’t care. It’s a big scam of sort. They WhatsApp you for hours upon hours trying to get you to switch places and/or get more money. The “upgrade place” is also nowhere near what they sent me in WhatsApp and when I asked for more pictures and videos of the place they sent disappearing images and videos. It’s in terrible condition. Stains, unwashed dishes and cutlery, ac doesn’t work, marks all over everything, etc. -there’s much more but I hope you get the gist. Stay away

Teleurstellend en schandalig Positive: De locatie is prima. Leuke bakkerij in de buurt voor lekkere koffie en croissantjes. Ook de metro en een supermarkt zijn om de hoek. Negative: Het was zeer slecht schoongemaakt. Alle handdoeken en het beddengoed waren nat/ vochtig en niet goed schoon. De keuken en badkamer waren niet schoongemaakt. Ook was er in de badkamer betegeling met plastic afgeplakt. Voor één van ons was geen bed opgemaakt. Er was van te voren gemeld dat er een slaapbank beschikbaar was maar deze was ongeschikt om op te slapen en niet opgemaakt. Het beddengoed wat we zelf moesten zoeken was ook vochtig. Het adres wat op de site staat blijkt bij aankomst niet te kloppen omdat buren in het appartementencomplex niet mogen weten dat men dit verhuurd. En vervolgens wordt verzocht om na afloop zelf het gebruikte wasgoed in de wasmachine, zonder wasmiddel, te doen en als review 5 sterren te geven. Wij hebben voor 3 nachten de hoofdprijs van 2400 euro betaald en kregen daarvoor absoluut niet wat je minimaal mag verwachten. Namelijk een schoon appartement met voordoende opgemaakte bedden en schoon beddengoed.

Delightful home in quiet garden square Positive: Delightful place on very quiet residential enclosure. It felt very ‘kensington’ with the nice white fronted houses and pillars. We particularly liked how easy it was to get to museums, the parks, and the train stations by foot. Everything is easily walkable. The home is beautiful, and felt very spacious.

Maintained in good order and host is very responsive Positive: This is much nicer than we expected and really spacious. Very quiet residential street and tall ceilings make this home quintessentially what you would expect of a nice kensington home. It’s very clean and in good order. Host maintains property to a high standard is very responsive.
