Safe location and apartment and great for families Positive: Excellent location, 6 min walk to Tube station and Resturant. Quiet neighbourhood. Lift access to apartment. Windows opened allowing cross ventilation across apartment. Good heating via radiators. Aria the young property manager was very responsive and is great to deal with. He is the reason for 10/10 score. Key collection process was good. Leaving key in the apartment was great. Enabled direct taxi to airport. Negative: Some items that needed attention was reported to Aria via whatsup messages and he took note to address.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was faster than expected, and the kitchen was fully stocked. The location is fantastic, right in the center of London with easy access to shops, cafes, and tube stations. The host was professional and helpful throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my trip😊
