Lots of space for storing our luggage, and it also has a private wooden decked outdoor space for which is nice and rare to have in central london. 10/10

It was an absolute nightmare—riddled with filth, false advertising, safety hazards. Negative: A Nightmare Stay – Avoid This B&B at All Costs! This B&B in London is a complete scam and a prime example of false advertising. Booked via Booking.com, we expected a 10/10 location, spacious rooms, and modern amenities. Instead, we were greeted with a filthy, unsafe, and misrepresented property that completely ruined the start of our trip. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Dirty bedsheets and used towels. Moldy dryer (no washing machine as advertised). Pervasive foul smell, dead insects on windows, and stained carpets. Kitchen covered in oil stains, dirty oven, and filthy garbage bin. False Advertising: Promised air conditioning replaced by small, ineffective movable units. The advertised garden was inaccessible and filled with junk. Safety Concerns: Broken tea table and a poorly maintained main entrance door. Accessibility Issues: The lift was so tiny it barely fit one person and a single suitcase, causing endless frustration. Customer Service Failure: The property owner ignored our complaints, deleted WhatsApp conversations, and failed to issue a refund despite promises from a “manager.” We left within hours of arrival, wasting time and money to find alternative accommodations. Verdict: This property is a scam and a health hazard. The entire experience was distressing and costly. Do yourself a favour—stay far away from this place. Rating: 0/5 DO NOT BOOK!

Beautiful view and area Positive: Beuatiful street with tall white houses, exactly the picture you’d imagine. Such beautiful area walking distance to hyde park. You have a lovely view from the windows high above and there’s a back garden which is privately fenced off. Amazing really

Walking distance to hyde park and museums Positive: Really generous size home with host allowing us early check in. We are looked after and can contact host anytime which made us feel right at home. The place is cleaned and maintained to great standards. It’s walking distance to hyde park and many famous museums. We thoroughly recommend it

Looks better in person!🤩 Positive: We enjoyed every moment here and was given earlier check in which was nice of the host. Everything is as you see in the pictures but it really looks even greater in person ! It’s clean and everything works accordingly so no complaints. Definitely coming back !
