A pleasant experience which improved during the stay Positive: Located in Fitzrovia a couple of blocks from Westminster, had plenty of public transport, lots of food and shops within walking distance and had portable air-conditioning. Mario from the management team was extremely helpful, the stay had some small improvements which needed to be addressed when we were there, Mario and team were so accommodating they were able to sort it all out within a day or two, nothing major but small improvements which make the stay feel more like home, we were very happy with the stay and with the support for Mario and team, if we find ourselves back in London, we will stay here again.

Very positive experience, thank you Positive: beautiful home, well looked after and is clean in a safe area with lots to do. Nothing bad to say, and host is extra thoughtful and generous. this review based on my experience and overall I’d say 10/10 is justified

Positive: It was spacious. Mario was friendly. Negative: Wrong location. Lots of stairs. No roof deck. Limited cooking supplies although kitchen was large.

Excellent stay in an excellent location Positive: Location was very close to Goodge street station. It was a simple walk to shops and restaurants. The road is relativevly quiet for central london. Negative: The flat is a little tired, the furniture and carpets are a bit old.
