Please note that all reservations are non-refundable, as we invest significant time and care in preparing the apartment and tailoring it to your specific preferences. In addition, your reservation blocks the calendar exclusively for your stay, which limits our ability to rebook the dates. However, in exceptional or extenuating circumstances, we may consider a partial refund at our discretion.
